Gita 'KCP' type pumps are used in all processing industries such as chemical, petrochemical, refinery, nuclear, fertilizer, textile, paper, sugar and power plants. Liquid handled are various acids, alkalies, salt solutions, caustic solutions, oils, hydrocarbons, liquid gases, condensate, hots oils, hot water etc.
- DESIGN FEATURES:Types KCP pumps are end suction, backpull out horizontal shaft design. Hydraulically efficient volute has a self venting centerline delivery with suction and supporting feet cast integrally.
- IMPELLER:A choice of enclosed semi open and fully open impellers is available. Impellers retain high efficiency, are hydraulically balanced and have back vanes and holes for hydraulic balancing and have positive locking impeller nut.
- SHAFT:Shaft are liberally designed for minimum deflection and supported on deep Groove Ball Bearings.
- STUFFING BOX:pecially designed to accommodate packing rings or mechanical seal and having jacket for cooling or heating the stuffing box.
- FLANGES:Drilling in flanges is provided as per Din, 2533/Din-2543/1S, BS, ASA or ANSI as per customer's request.
- MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION:Pumps are available in C.I., Bronze, Stainless Steel or a combination of these and other special metals.
